Shipping policy

All stock items ship within 5-8 Business Days from the order date. Holidays or weekends do not count as business days. Shipping hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday - Friday.

All isafe devices and accessories ship based on vendor availability once the order is placed an estimated ship date will be provided to the customer within 3- 5 business days or the order can be canceled at the customer's request all orders processed can not be canceled. All isafe items are non-returnable once purchased for a return or warranty/repair contact the manufacturer.
